Breed Based

Pricing is dependent upon various factors. Factors include breed, colors, gender, and sizes. We reserve the right to change prices on UNRESERVED puppies as they age and develops more or better features. Additionally, any puppy that does not meet a certain standard of quality will reflect a price decrease and can be found under our “DISCOUNTED BABIES” column.

When can I get my puppy?

Toy size puppies will typically be ready to go to their forever homes at 8-9 weeks. In the event that a puppy isn’t doing well in the weaning process, rehoming will be postponed. Teacup and micro size puppies will be rehomed after 10-12 weeks of age. ALL puppies will come with age-appropriate shots, health exam by a licensed vet, dewormed, and fecal tested.

do you deliver?

We will meet and deliver up to 90 minutes away for free. Deliveries over 90 minutes will be done through our shipper or a shipper that we recommend or a shipper of the buyer’s choice. Our ground-shipper delivers up to 5 hours for $85/hr with a minimum distance of 2 hours. We have recommended flight nannies that ship throughout the US with average cost ranging between $550-$700.

can i come see the puppies?

Scheduling

We are home based breeders. Unfortunately, our home is not open to the public, and we are not a petting zoo. ALL visits will be conducted virtually via video chat. To prevent the spread of germs to unvaccinated and puppies with vulnerable immune systems there are no on-site visitations.

Do you have your clients sign documentation?

Yes, we have a health guarantee agreement and reservation agreement for all clients to sign upon reservation of their puppy. These documents are listed on the website under the “purchase agreement” section.

What is the difference between a toy, standard and teacup size puppy?

A toy size puppy is one that remains in the weight class of 5lbs-7lbs as an adult. A standard size puppy weighs 8lbs or more as an adult. Teacups are 3lbs-4lbs as adults with “micro” size teacups charting under 3lbs as adults. All sizing of puppies are ESTIMATES based on parents’ sizes and past litters if applicable.

Am I a good candidate for a micro or teacup size puppy?

A good candidate for a micro or teacup size puppy is a person that doesn’t work long hours, doesn’t have small children (children under the age of 9), and DOES have time and patience to raise a baby. Teacup size puppies tend to be very picky with food, need to eat 4-6 times a day, are very fragile, and prone to hypoglycemia. Someone needs to monitor the puppy to ensure the puppy is eating and drinking enough. Additionally, one must have the patience needed in the event a puppy needs to be syringe fed. While all teacup puppies will not be difficult, and ANY small breed can have issues it is important to be aware of all potential risk that comes with tiny puppies. Prior to reserving a teacup puppy, please educate yourself on hypoglycemia. We WILL NOT refund, credit, or discount you on another puppy if your puppy passes away due to low sugar.

What factors makes a puppy more expensive?

Compact body, short limbs, short muzzle, exotic colors (merle, chocolate, parti, KB), baby doll face are all features that will make a puppy more expensive. Longer muzzles, bodies, limbs or thin hair will decrease the price of any puppy and these puppies will be sold as pets only.

How does your payment plan work?

Our payment plan is offered for puppies that are under 5 weeks of age. Payment plans require a deposit of $500 to be made to reserve the puppy of your choice. This reservation will remove the puppy from market as available. Payment plans must be set up through either Coco or Tommie. For the payment plan buyer must choose to make payments either weekly or bi-weekly. Buyers can choose up to a 12-week payment plan for puppies 2 weeks and under, and an 8-week payment plan for puppies 3-4 weeks of age. Buyers can reschedule up to two payments while on the payment plan. After 2 late payments if buyer wishes to continue the payment plan, buyer will be charged a $100 late fee per week until the puppy is paid off. NO PUPPY CAN LEAVE WITH A BALANCE. ALL PUPPIES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE REHOMING. If buyer defaults on their payment plan or wishes to discontinue buyer will have a credit of the payments, they have made excluding the deposit. This credit will be honored for up to a year.

What size dog should I purchase if I am interested in breeding?

This is going to depend on what size puppies you are interested in breeding. For beginner breeders a standard size female is ideal to start with to minimize complications. With a standard size female, you can create both standard and toy size puppies. If you are interested in breeding tiny or teacup size puppies then you should purchase a toy size female ranging between 5lbs-6lbs. Ideal breeding males are teacup and small toy size.

Do you offer refunds if I no longer want my puppy?

NO REFUNDS. Puppies are 10–15-year commitments NOT just trends or gifts. Please make sure that you know what you are getting yourself into before purchasing a puppy. Additionally, make sure you have received any needed approval from your landlord as well. If you change your mind about your puppy we can try to help you rehome your puppy.

What discounts do you offer?

We offer a 10% discount for school teachers, veterans, and senior citizens (ages 60 and up). Prove must be provided upon purchase. Returning clients also receive $200 off any puppy that isn’t discounted or $100 off any puppy that is discounted. Discounts must be used alone and can not be combined with sales.

When do you offer sales?

Because we are a Black Owned business every Juneteenth there will be a 19% off sale that runs for 24-hours. This is the ONLY holiday that we run sales for.

What should I do if I am unsure what puppy I want to purchase?

You should do your due diligence to educate yourself on the various small breeds. Puppies are a longtime commitment, and your happiness is imperative to ensure their happiness. Take a look at the descriptions and pictures we provide for each breed that we offer. If you are still unsure of what breed you’ll like take sometime to research and ponder on what breed you see yourself with. Feel free to text us with any questions that you have for assistance.

What size puppy should I purchase if I have kids?

Homes with children under the age of 9 years old should purchase a puppy that’s toy or standard size. Great breeds for children are shorkies, morkies, standard size yorkies, cavapoos, maltipoos, cockapoos and toy poodles. American bullies are also great for anyone looking for large breed dogs. These puppies are less fragile.
